To be in the tempered zone austral of the South hemisphere, the climate of Uruguay is basically moderate, with winter temperatures average of 12º Cs in Jump and 10ºC in Montevideo, and summery of 26º and 22ºC. The frost practically is not known in the coast and there are seasons of rain nor of no drought. This panel is altered to be Uruguay in the way of the great atmospheric changes, reason why it receives the periodic influence of the polar air. Without mountains in the zone that act of barrier, the air masses freely move by the territory, causing fast variations of the climate.
